The Edo State Ministry of Women Affairs have arrested a lady for burning the hands of her granddaughter for eating noodles without her consent due to hunger in Benin.
According to Naijanized, the suspect placed the victim’s hands on a gas cooker until they were burnt.
A well meaning Nigerian who witnessed the incident reported the case to the Edo State Ministry of Women Affairs and the Ministry has stepped in, arrested the grand mother and have taken the child to UBTH for prompt medical care and attention.
