Sleeping on the stomach
Sleeping on the stomach is not recommended due to a number of reasons. First, the position will put too much pressure on your back, and may make your arms and legs numb. It can also restrict your breathing as your neck is strained too much.
Fetal position
Sleeping in a fetal position won’t bring anything good to your health. It can restrict your breathing and cause various back and neck problems. According to psychologists, sleeping in this position may also increase your stress levels and make you worry more.
Pillow cuddling
The cuddling position can help you rest if you’re suffering from back pain. If you sleep on your stomach, you can put a pillow beneath your hips in order to reduce the pressure on your joints. Pillow cuddling isn’t that much of a sleeping position as it is a supplement to other positions.
