Its been eighteen years since the world laid eyes on the first septuplets ever born. Time flies when you’re parenting. You’re changing diapers and making formula one day and in what seems like the blink of an eye, they’re moving out to go to college. That’s why it’s hard to believe that it’s already been 18 years since the world first met the incredible, one-of-a-kind McCaughey septuplets.
Back in 1997, Kenny and Bobbie McCaughey were expecting something that was nothing short of a miracle
Their fertility treatments had worked a little too well and they were expecting septuplets. Doctors advised them to consider having a reduction because the odds of having seven healthy babies aren’t the best, but in November of that year they had the world’s first set of surviving septuplets.
Today, the McCaughey kids are all grown up and having there 18th birthday in front of the world. This is truly 1 in a million.
